Payment:

We take all forms of credit cards via PayPal. If paying by check, please make your payment out to EMFA Ltd. Purchases over $15,000 must be made via bank wire transfer. Please contact us to make arrangements.

Packing:

We strive to make our packaging efficient, archival, and durable.  From our choices of materials to the conditions of travel, we do our best to anticipate and prevent avoidable damage to your purchase. Our prints are packed using a three-layered approach – first, an archival paper folder layer; second, a water barrier with polyethylene plastic; and third, a rigid outer shell using 300lb heavy duty cardboard specifically designed for the shipment of fine art prints.

Shipping:

Our default method of shipping is FedEx-3day service for domestic packages within the contiguous US. We use the USPS for Alaska, Hawaii and US territories as well as international destinations.  We can accommodate requests for other carriers when the need arises.

Returns:

Collecting Japanese Prints is committed to offering you the highest quality artwork at the best possible price. We go to great lengths to photograph and describe the condition of each piece as accurately as possible. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 5 day return policy from the day the work arrives. Returns are not accepted for any reason after this 5 day period. In the event of a return, artwork must arrive in the same condition as it was sold. Our return policy excludes works that are paid over a month’s time or longer. Shipping is not refundable and we are not responsible for return shipping/packing and insurance.
